UIWebView can not handle long press on link

Summary:
UIWebView doesn’t show action sheet for long press on link. It spews this warning:
Attempt to present <UIWebRotatingAlertController: 0x7fc14482b400> on <UIWebViewAlertBug.ViewController: 0x7fc1434a1e70> whose view is not in the window hierarchy!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch sample app.
2. Open Web.
3. Long press on a link.

Regression:
iOS 8 doesn’t have this issue.

This bug is half-fixed in iOS 10 beta 1

  1. Long press on text links works.
  2. But long press on image links not: try long pressing on the 3 icons of Twitter, Github and Weibo at the top of the page.
