WKWebView and UIWebView's Peek-n-Pop should open page in itself instead of Safari

Summary: allowsLinkPreview makes WKWebView and UIWebView support 3D Touch to do Peek-n-Pop. However, Pop opens page in Safari. It should open page in the same WKWebView and UIWebView.
