Mac OS X 10.11: Dragging note on Trash does nothing.

Summary: Dragging note from Notes.app table view to OS X Trash won’t delete do anything. Steps to Reproduce: Drag any note from table view to Trash. Expected Results: Note should be moved to recently Deleted folder in Notes.app. Actual Results: Nothing happens.
