Widgets not displayed correctly in Notification Center

Summary: The reminders widget is displayed incorrectly in the notification center. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Mark all tasks as completed 2. Add the Reminders widget to Notification Center 3. Close NC 4. Add a task 5. Show NC Expected Results: The widget is displayed correctly Actual Results: The widget is in editing state? Mutable state is hard. Lord be with you.
