Summary:
the banner shown in safari when a user with our app visits our site is clipped.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit https://steller.co/s/4vsAmnCRWpp while using an iPhone 5 series w/ iOS 9 installed

Expected Results:
Universal Links "Open" banner is rendered above the current page but not visible to the user, scrolling up reveals the full banner

Actual Results:
Universal Links "Open" banner is partially visible
