Switching window appearance to dark does not update border color

Summary: When switching an NSWindow's appearance from NSAppearanceNameVibrantLight to NSAppearanceNameVibrantDark, the window's border is still light. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start the attached sample application 2. Click "Dark" Expected Results: The window's border should have a dark appearance as well. Actual Results: The window's border has a light appearance. Version: Xcode 7.0.1 (7A1001) Notes: Switching to another application and back to the sample application works around the problem.
