Window titlebar appears inactive when switching from dark to light mode

Summary:
When starting the app in a dark appearance (NSAppearanceNameVibrantDark), switching to a light appearance (NSAppearanceNameVibrantLight) leaves the window titlebar in an inactive appearance.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the attached sample application (it already starts in a dark appearance)
2. Click "Light"

Expected Results:
The window titlebar should have an active look, since the application is active.

Actual Results:
The window titlebar has an inactive look.

OS X 10.11 (15A284)

Notes:
Switching to another application and back to the sample application works around the problem.
