Localisation not loaded when on slow internet connection

Summary:

When using a bad internet connection localisations are not loaded and the localisation keys are shown instead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a slow internet connection
2. Login to iTunes Connect and go to an app

Expected Results:

Localisation is loaded

Actual Results:

Localisation keys are shown
