NSFetchedResultsController crash for object deletion

 
Summary:
If objects in NSFetchedResultsController have relationship to each other, NSFetchedResultsControllerDelegate code for UITableView causes crash when handling object deletion. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch sample app.
2. Tap + once to insert two related objects.
3. Swipe left to delete the first object.
