El Capitan Darwin version not being updated

Summary:
To date, the El Capitan Darwin version has stayed at 15.0.0

10.11.0 GM -> Darwin 15.0.0
10.11.1 15B42 -> Darwin 15.0.0
10.11.2 15C27e -> Darwin 15.0.0

Please at least update 10.11.2 to Darwin 15.2.0. This is unfortunately the second time this has happened in the past two years.

Yosemite:
10.10.0 GM -> Darwin 14.0.0
10.10.1 -> Darwin 14.0.0
10.10.2 -> Darwin 14.1.0
10.10.3 -> Darwin 14.3.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up terminal
2. Use command "uname -r"
3. Look at Darwin version

Expected Results:
Darwin 15.2.0 for El Capitan 10.11.2 Beta

Actual Results:
Darwin 15.0.0

10.11.2 15C27e
