Cannot exit Simple Finder once enabled

Summary:
When Simple Finder is enabled, it is not disabled when clicking "Finder" > Run "Full Finder".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Simple Finder via: defaults write com.apple.finderInterfaceLevel simple
2. Then run: killall Finder
3. Simple Finder should then be enabled.
4. Clicking "Finder" > Run "Full Finder".
5. Enter administrative credentials at the prompt.

Expected Results:
Simple Finder should be disabled.

Actual Results:
Simple Finder is stil enabled.
