Xcode 7.1: Code Completion not working in unit test target

Summary:
When coding in a unit test target, code completion does not work. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a source file that is in a unit test target
2. Being typing code that would normally auto-complete

Expected Results:
Code auto-completes as normal

Actual Results:
No results are shown in a pop up list. Code still compiles if typed correctly, but no suggestions are ever shown

Regression:
Does not occur in Xcode 7.0

Notes:
Xcode is also showing a message at the top of the code editor indicating Source Editor Functionality is limited
