Summary:
Safari doesn't switch the tracks when playing music when device is locked. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to play tracks on http://m.soundcloud.com. Tap to play and then lock the screen of your phone. 
After the end of track, new track didn't start playing, it just in stop state.
Next track keep playing after unlocking the screen, and return to Safari.
If you rewind the track to leave about 20 seconds before the end, and the screen is locked, the issue is not reproduced.

Expected Results:
Tracks play sequentially without stopping when the screen is locked.

Actual Results:
The next track is not played.
