Summary:
I’m sharing 9 images using UIActivityViewController. Photos.app only saves the first 5 images even though its activity button shows "Save 9 Images”.

Here is the discussion of the same issue by others: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18868547/iphone-multiple-image-sharing-using-uiactivityviewcontroller

Expected Results:
If it says "Save 9 Images” it should save all the 9 images. If it can not handle 9 images it shouldn’t offer itself as an target activity.

Very disappointed to see It is still in iOS 10 beta 6. I guess you won't fix it in iOS 10. See you next year.

Thank you for contacting us. It is not clear whether the issue will be addressed in iOS 10 or not.

The original report on this issue, Bug ID 19254007, is still under investigation. There is no news.

Disappointingly this bug remains in iOS 10

It is still in iOS 10 beta 1. Why hasn't this bug been fixed for such a long time?

I've been being blamed by my users all this time because they clearly see it says "Save 9 Images” in my app but only later find that not all images are saved.

I can totally understand why they are angry. Can you understand how frustrating it is for me as the dev to be the scapegoat for such a bug that is out of my control?

BTW, I really don't understand how this bug can be so difficult to fix. All other system and 3rd party app extensions(Notes, Mail, Evernote, Day One…) accept 9 images without any issue.

In case you don't have a reproducing sample project I prepared one for you in the attachment. (I didn't offer a sample project initially because they marked it as a dup.)
