Summary:
HomeKit fails with error code HMErrorCode.MaximumObjectLimitReached (49), when adding more than 50 actions to an action set.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add 50 actions to an action set
2. Add another action using the method `HMActionSet.addAction(action:completionHandler:)`

Expected Results:
Adding the action should succeed

Actual Results:
Adding the action fails with error code HMErrorCode.MaximumObjectLimitReached (49)
