Email field when creating new Apple ID obscured on iPhone 4

Summary:
In portrait orientation on an iPhone for the email field is partially obscured by the keyboard. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Initiate new Apple ID creation process on an iPhone 4. I started from the iCloud view in Settings.

Expected Results:
The email field is fully visible.

Actual Results:
The email field is partially obscured.

Regression:


Notes:
Typing and hitting the return button the keyboard works as expected. But this looks like ass.
