Preview 8.1: Crash when zooming in on PDF

Summary:
Zooming in on a PDF with text results in a hang followed by a crash of preview.app

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the attached 1password for teams whitepaper, go to page 8, zoom in on text. Zoom further, preview.app hung, so hard that mouse was movable but no keystrokes or clicks were registered. Only after preview.app finally crashed, all userinout from before was sort of „fast-forwarded“

Expected Results:
not crashing preview.app

Actual Results:
preview.app crashing
