Summary:
Disconnecting from an AirPlay device after starting an AVPlayerViewController session that is already connected to AirPlay causes the MPVolumeView route button to disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:
General Steps:
1. Begin an AVPlayerViewController session that will already be connected to an AirPlay device.
2. Tap MPVolumeView route icon and disconnect by choosing "iPhone"

Expected Results:
MPVolumeView route icon remains visible

Actual Results:
MPVolumeView route icon disappears
