SMTP error diologue extends beyond screen edge, cannot be dismissed

Summary:
If there are a lot of recipients for a message and the Mail.app program gets some sort of SMTP error, the dialogue that offeres options to address the issue (use other server, edit message, etc) extends below the bottom of the screen, making it impossible to work with.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) create an outgoing message with a lot of recipients - more than are accepted by the SMTP server
2.) hit send

Expected Results:
error box should apear and let me edit the message or try another server

Actual Results:
error box does appear, but extends beyond the bottom of the screen with  no way to reach the controls.
