Delete message with Rule in Gmail doesn't remove from All Mail

Summary:
A rule that either tries to “Move Message to the Trash” or “Delete Message” with a Gmail account does not remove that message from the Gmail “All Mail” folder.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a Rule with either of the following actions (criteria based on however you want to match - it is not important):
	1. Move Message to Trash
	2. Delete Message
Send a message to a Gmail account that is configured in Mail.

Expected Results:
Sent message should be either moved to the trash or deleted, but in both cases should not be in the All Mail folder of Gmail.

Actual Results:
Message is removed from the INBOX (either being deleted or moved to Trash), but it also still exists in the All Mail folder as well.
