Summary: When submitting builds to iTunes Connect, users with the ‘App Manager’ role should be allowed to upload binaries when needed. The role even specifically mentions ‘Uploading binaries’ as one of its possibilities. Instead, uploads to iTunes Connect fail with the message: ‘You must be an iTunes Connect Admin or Technical user in order to deliver content or metadata. (1070)’ Steps to Reproduce: 1. Invite new user to iTunes Connect. Give ‘App Manager’ role. 2. Upload binary with new user’s credentials. Expected Results: Binary is uploaded successfully. Actual Results: Upload failed and received error: ‘You must be an iTunes Connect Admin or Technical user in order to deliver content or metadata. (1070)’ Regression: n/a Notes: n/a
