Links in Notes don't transfer to email

Summary: Links added to a note in Notes using the Safari Notes extension do not appear when shared to Mail.

Steps to Reproduce: Visit a webpage in Safari. 
Tap the Share button. 
Tap Notes. 
Tap Save. 
Open Notes and find the note you created. 
Tap the Share button. 
Choose Mail. 

Expected Results: The link in your note appears in the Mail message as a plain URL.

Actual Results: The link does not appear.
