IsKindOfClass and IsMemberOfClass not working as documented with cluster classes

[@"Hello" isKindOfClass:[NSMutableString class]] ==> returns YES

NSMutableString * m = [[NSMutableString alloc] initWithString:@"Hello"];
b = [m isMemberOfClass:[NSMutableString class]] ==> returns NO

Expected Results:
Above example - expected values are NO & YES.

Or, the documentation should reflect this clearly.

Actual Results:
Above example - actual values are YES & NO.
