Calendar Prefs: Agent "Feature unavailable" message truncated in German

Summary:
The UI message stating that the Agent/representative feature is not available for Calendar accounts is chopped off for German locale.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to German locale, set up Calendar.
2. Start Messages app.
3. Open Preferences, Accounts.
4. Select Calendar account on the left.
5. On the right, switch to agent/representative Tab.

Expected Results:
See a complete error message in German.

Actual Results:
See a truncated error message in German. The interface text box for the error message is too small.
