Summary:
The Safari tab crashes often when scrolling on apple.com/watch on an iPad Pro. This is logged to the sys log:

Steps to Reproduce:
* go to https://www.apple.com/watch with Safari on an iPad Pro
* scroll up and down a couple of times

Expected Results:
* no crash

Actual Results:
* crash

Regression:

Notes:
Also tested with an iPad Air 2 and couldn’t repo the behavior there. Attaching one of the generated JetsamEvent ips files.
