Xcode cannot assign key binding to "Jump to Generated Interface"

Summary:
The "Navigate > Jump to Generated Interface" menu item does not have a keyboard shortcut by default, and it doesn't show up in Xcode's "Key Bindings" preference pane, so users cannot assign it a shortcut.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Xcode's Key Bindings preference pane
2. Search for "Jump to", "Interface", etc

Expected Results:
"Navigate > Jump to Generated Interface" appears, and I can assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

Actual Results:
"Navigate > Jump to Generated Interface" does not appear, and I cannot assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

Xcode 7.2 (7C68)
OS X 10.11.2 (15C50)

It turns out there is a work-around for this.

System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> App Shortcuts

Hit "+", select Xcode as the application, "Jump to Generated Interface" as the menu title, and then select your keyboard shortcut.
