Xcode-beta (7D111g): Interface Builder can't render IB Designable

Summary:
The attached xib can not be rendered in IB. An Error is created saying: “TrackScoreCell.xib: error: IB Designables: Failed to update auto layout status: Failed to launch designables agent. Check the console for a more detailed description and please file a bug report at bugreport.apple.com.”
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the TrackScoreCell.xib in IB.
Expected Results:
There should not be an error and the IB Designable should be rendered
Actual Results:
Error Message:
“TrackScoreCell.xib: error: IB Designables: Failed to update auto layout status: Failed to launch designables agent. Check the console for a more detailed description and please file a bug report at bugreport.apple.com.”
