Summary: Under some conditions, when creating a multi-frame GIF file using CGImageDestinationCreateWithURL(.., kUTTypeGIF) results on wrong pixel information. Steps to Reproduce: Run the attached script -- https://gist.github.com/Reflejo/8e74290d4dc398bebe0b Expected Results: The expected result should says "HI" in white. See attached GIFs. Actual Results: The second frame contains a white line on the bottom (carried from the 1st frame)
