tvOS 9.1 (13U85): Best Actress category is omitted from Academy Award listings

Summary:
The iTunes Movies section has an entry for The Oscars, and it lists several categories, but it omits Best Actress.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to home screen of Apple TV in the US (not sure if this is reproducible internationally).
2. Select the Movies icon.
3. Under the Top Movies tab, there is an “Oscars” top-level banner. Select it.
4. Scroll through the listed categories.

Expected Results:
The categories are:
- Best Picture
- Best Director
- Best Actor
- Best Actress
- Best Supporting Actor
- Best Supporting Actress
- More Nominees

Actual Results:
The categories are:
- Best Picture
- Best Director
- Best Actor
- Best Supporting Actor
- Best Supporting Actress
- More Nominees

The “Best Actress” entry is missing.

Regression:
This is a socially regressive bug.

Notes:
Entry is still missing after restart.
