Crash when Cancel button tapped before UIPrintInteractionController finishes displaying preview thumbnails

 
Creating a UIPrintInteractionController for a webpage (displayed using WKWebView) for a particular website (provided in a demo app) experiences a crash.

Tapping on the Cancel button on the Print Options dialog *before* the preview thumbnails are rendered causes a crash.  But only for the web content in the hard-coded URL, not for any other URLs that were tested.
