Summary: When attempting to call PKPaymentAuthorizationViewController's canMakePaymentsUsingNetworks method on an iPad running iOS 9, the call hangs forever. This appears to only affect iPads (iPhones behave correctly). Steps to Reproduce: Run the attached project. Key lines are: let networks = [PKPaymentNetworkVisa, PKPaymentNetworkMasterCard] let capabilities: PKMerchantCapability = [.Capability3DS, .CapabilityDebit] PKPaymentAuthorizationViewController.canMakePaymentsUsingNetworks(networks, capabilities: capabilities) Expected Results: Console should print: > Prints when app launches > Never prints because app has hung Actual Results: Console prints: > Prints when app launches Pausing the app in the debugger shows it stuck at PKPaymentAuthorizationViewController.canMakePaymentsUsingNetworks. It hangs here forever. Version: iOS 9.2.1 Notes: iPad did not have any payment methods configured. Configuration: iPad Air 5th Gen (other iPads also behave in the same manner) Attachments: 'Apple Pay Hangs.zip' was successfully uploaded.
