Dragging 2 or more emails to attach them does not work

Summary:
I drag email(s) inside other emails to send them as an attachment: if I drag 1 email inside a draft, the dragged one is attached, if I drag 2 or more the dragged ones are not attached but a string is added (the subject of one of them).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select 2 or more email
2. Drag them inside a draft

Expected Results:
Attach them into the draft.

Actual Results:
A string is added in the draft email.

Notes:
In 10.8 and 10.10 I didn't have this problem.
