Text replacements don't work if replacement string ends in a letter

Summary: I have a (rather pointless - but it shows the problem) text replacement set up to replace ":D" with "😄". This works fine in OS X, but on on iOS the replacement is briefly shown in the suggestions bar and then removed again. Other replacements such as ":)" and "😊" work fine on both systems. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up emoji text replacement 2. Type ":D" Expected Results: 1. Set up emoji text replacement 2. Type ":D" 3. Text replacement works Actual Results: 1.
