Summary:
Tapping on the “Pause Spoken Audio” cell in the Maps section of iOS Settings crashes immediately.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Navigate to the Maps pane.
3. Tap on the cell (but not the actual switch!) of the cell titled “Pause Spoken Audio”.

Expected Results:
Nothing happens.

Actual Results:
Settings app crashes immediately.
