Allow Music Memos to play while the screen is locked

Summary:
The Music Memos iOS app stops playing memos when the screen is locked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Music Memos app on any iOS device
2. Select an existing music memo and hit the play button
3. Press the sleep/wake button on the device

Expected Results:
The currently playing music memo continues to play after the screen is locked. This would mimic the behavior of the Voice Memos app. 

Actual Results:
The currently playing music memo stops playing when the screen is locked.
