Exchange contact groups no longer available in Mail

Summary:
I use Exchange contact groups to simplify sending an email to multiple contacts. In Mac OS X Yosemite, I was able to select an Exchange contact group in Mail and have the email sent to everyone in the group. With Mac OS X El Capitan, I'm no longer given the option to select an Exchange contact group.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a contact group in Exchange.
2. Open Mail.
3. File -> New Message
4. Click the plus sign to the right of "To:"
5. Notice that the Exchange contact group is not given as an option. The contact group will be listed in Contacts but not in Mail.

Expected Results:
I would expect Mail to allow sending an email to a group of contacts.

Actual Results:
The contact group I created in Exchange is not given as an option when I select who to send an email to.

I can consistently reproduce the issue when I name the group "R&D" or "R&DTeam". I created another group "MyTeam" and wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Could the ampersand be causing the issue in Mail?

The issue is reproducible on 10.11.3 GM. See the attached screen recording.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. I created a contact group in the Outlook Web App. 2. I opened the Contacts app to verify that the group is available from Exchange. 3. I composed a new email and entered the name of the contact group in the "To:" field. 4. When that didn't work, I clicked the plus sign to the right of "To:" and attempted to browse to the group manually. 5. When the group didn't show up in the list, I again searched for the name of the group. 6. I was unable to find the group.

Can you please verify if this issue occurs on 10.11.3 GM? A screen recording of the steps to reproduce would help us further investigate this if it still occurs.
