Summary:
When subclassing UITabBarController, viewDidLoad is called before the class is initialised. This causes viewDidLoad to be called before any custom class initialisation has been done.

Steps to Reproduce:
Subclass UITabBarController
Override an initialiser and viewDidLoad
Create an instance of the subclass programatically
Observe that viewDidLoad is called when making a call to the superclass’ initialiser

Expected Results:
The initialiser method returns before viewDidLoad is called
