Switching on energy saving mode turns off night shift

Summary:
Activating power saving mode deactivates night shift.

Steps to Reproduce:
Get the „20 percent left“ pop up and agree to switch on power saving mode. 

Expected Results:
Power saving mode, dimmed screen but not switched off night shift.

Actual Results:
Nicht shift mode deactivated.

Regression:
New as of beta 4

Notes:
I think this is escpescially bad as I usually turn on power saving mode in the evening when the battery is low on my iPhone after a day’s use => in the evening is exactly when I want to use night shift…
