Summary:
- (void)scrollViewDidEndDecelerating:(UIScrollView *)scrollView is not called at all in some cases when running in iOS 9.3 vs older releases.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Tap inside of the scroll view
- slowly drag up and stop without lifting finger immediately
- lift finger


Expected Results:
- scrollViewDidEndDecelerating called

Actual Results:
- scrollViewDidEndDecelerating  not called

Comments

The method is not called if

  • (void)scrollViewDidEndDragging:(UIScrollView *)scrollView willDecelerate:(BOOL)decelerate

Passes NO for decelerate.
