CoreText isn't present in watchOS Simulator

Summary:
Trying to build an iOS app with a bundled watchOS app that uses CoreText fails because CoreText isn't present in the watchOS Simulator.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Install latest Xcode 7.3 7D175.
2) `find /Applications/Xcode.app/ -name CoreText.h`

Expected Results:
CoreText.h should be present in a subdirectory of WatchSimulator.platform.

Actual Results:
CoreText.h is not present underneath .../WatchSimulator.platform/...
