Xcode 7.3: Crash when running refactor->rename on class

Summary: When using the refactor->rename class functionality Xcode crashes roughly nineteen times out of twenty - it’s rare that it succeeds. Steps to Reproduce: Right click the class name, in context menu choose refactor->rename, rename class and choose to rename related files, view changes in modal dialog and approve. Expected Results: Class name is changed and all references to the class name / files are updated as appropriate Actual Results: Xcode crashes. Regression: This has been happening for the most recent versions, probably since 7.1 or so. Notes: Crashlog is attached.
