Summary:
Adding mail prefix with trailing slash in System Preferences => Internet Accounts causes crash on startup

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup mail with SMTP/IMAP account.
2. Go to System Preferences => Internet Accounts => Select Account => Advanced
3. Configure a prefix i.e. mail/ 
4. Start Mail app

Expected Results:
Mail app loads

Actual Results:
Crash on startup
