Xcode 7.3: View Debugger is broken when a UITextView is in the view hierarchy

Summary:
When there is a UITextView in the view hierarchy, the view debugger doesn't show anything.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a view hierarchy with at least one UITextView in it.
2. break into the view debugger

Expected Results:
1. The view debugger works

Actual Results:
1. View debugger doesn't work

Regression:
Started in Xcode 7.3.
