UITextField text should be implicitly unwrapped

UITextField text property should be implicitly unwrapped. 
When the UITextField is instantiated, the text property's default value is an empty string. 
If the text property is manually set to nil, it is reset automatically to an empty string. 
Therefore the text property will *never* be equal to nil. 
Therefore there is no necessity for unwrapping the text property, therefore this should be indicated in its definition, by making it implicitly unwrapped.
