Text Input Assistant Item: Broken Layout with too many groups

Summary:
When setting too many bar button item groups on an UITextInputAssistantItem, the items are displayed in a broken way, printing autolayout warnings. See screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Run the attached sample project on a Simulator
- Open the on-screen keyboard
- Ensure "Shortcuts" and "Predictive" are enabled from the Input Source switcher button

Expected Results:
- A clean warning printed.
- No broken display, probably just truncation.
- An API to determine the actually show items!
- An API to get the number of displayable items!

Actual Results:
- Autolayout errors printed.
- Broken display (see screenshot)
- No way to determine the actually show items
- No way to get the number of displayable items

Version:
iOS 9.x.x

Notes:
This issue makes optimizing UI for various form factors of iPads, portrait and landscape, the external keyboard dismiss button, etc. even harder!
