Summary:
When setting too many bar button item groups on an UITextInputAssistantItem, the dismiss (collapse) keyboard bar button is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Run the attached sample app in Simulator
- Ensure "Shortcuts" and "Predictive" are enabled from the Input Source switcher button
- Connect the virtual external keyboard

Expected Results:
The dismiss bar button is shown as if there was not too many items

Actual Results:
The dismiss button is not visible. See screenshot
