Status bar is invisible during launch of 'Mail' application

Summary:
Subj. When 'Mail' application starting up the status bar information gets invisible. It looks horrible and a little bit frustrating.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch 'Mail' application

Expected Results:
Smooth and beautiful launch animation.

Actual Results:
I see disappearing information in status bar before animation starts, and when if finishes, it gets back.
