NSProcessInfo expiring activities retain their blocks forever

Whenever -[NSProcessInfo performExpiringActivityWithReason:usingBlock:] is called, the block parameter is retained forever. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download ExpiringActivityCycle.zip (https://www.dropbox.com/s/bmssk2yurxvd81d/ExpiringActivityCycle.zip?dl=1) 2. Open ExpiringActivityCycle.xcodeproj 3. Build and run on an iOS device running iOS 9.0-9.3.x Expected Behavior: The "block" and "dog" objects are released after the activity finishes. Actual Behavior: Neither the "block" nor "dog" objects are released.
