Summary:
When reading debugging information about APNS, one of the examples uses a root CA cert from Entrust. This is a dead link

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Navigate to https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/technotes/tn2265/_index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/DTS40010376-CH1-TNTAG22
2) Scroll to Problems Connecting to the Push Service
3) Click on “Entrust's site”

Expected Results:
A .pem file to be downloaded

Actual Results:
Receive 404
