Summary:
There are typos in the footer of developer.apple.com

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to developer.apple.com

Expected Results:
Footer text is spelled: “To receive the latest developer news, visit and subscribe to our News and Updates.”

Actual Results:
Footer text is spelled: “To _recieve_ the _lastest_ developer news, visit and _subcribe_ to our News and Updates.” (emphasis mine)

Regression:
